Inclusion Criteria

• Male and female patients aged =18 years
• Known chronic inflammatory disease (> 3 months)
• belonging to a collective
A) CED with moderate - high clinical activity
B) CED in Remission
• Written consent of the patient after clarification

Exclusion Criteria

• Compulsive disorder, which according to the physician's opinion significantly limits the physical activity (eg, cardiopulmonary, movement apparatus)
• Diseases which do not allow the person concerned to assess the nature and scope and possible consequences of the clinical trial
• Signs that the patient is unlikely to comply with the protocol (eg lack of co-operation)

Characterization of habitual physical activity in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases via questionnaire PRO-2 and HBI/SCDAI (M. Crohn) and SSCAI (Colitis ulcerosa).

Assessment of nutritional habits using the nutritional questionnaire DEGS-FFQ. Collection of habitual physical activity using the Freiburg questionnaire on physical activity.
