Patients aged 20 years or older who require general anesthesia under continuous arterial pressure monitoring
1) Urgent or emergency cases
2) Positive Allen test or modified Allen test
3) Radial artery puncture history within the last month
4) Arrhythmia with irregular heart rate (Atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, tachycardia bradycardia syndrome, etc.)
5) When there are symptoms such as numbness in the upper extremities due to normal nerve and vascular diseases or when there are traces of cuts on the wrist
