Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged 20 years or older who require general anesthesia under continuous arterial pressure monitoring
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Urgent or emergency cases
- •2) Positive Allen test or modified Allen test
- •3) Radial artery puncture history within the last month
- •4) Arrhythmia with irregular heart rate (Atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, tachycardia bradycardia syndrome, etc.)
- •5) When there are symptoms such as numbness in the upper extremities due to normal nerve and vascular diseases or when there are traces of cuts on the wrist
