- •Pregnant women who provide written informed consent.
- •Singleton pregnancy.
排除标准
- •Pregnant women aged < 18 years
- •Umbilical cord length <25 cm or abnormal umbilical cord anatomy
- •Newborns requiring immediate neonatal resuscitation or respiratory support according to the 2025 American Heart Association and American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Guidelines.
- •Major congenital anomalies or prenatally diagnosed fetal structural abnormalities.
- •Obstetric emergencies requiring immediate delivery, including umbilical cord prolapse, placental abruption, placenta previa, preeclampsia, uterine rupture, severe maternal hemorrhage, or maternal shock.
- •Maternal infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), syphilis, or hepatitis B virus (HBV).
- •Maternal Rh-negative blood type.

Intact umbilical cord milking (I-UCM) refers to milking the umbilical cord while it remains intact and connected between the placenta and the newborn. Approximately 25 cm. of the umbilical cord will be milked toward the infant. After completion of cord milking, the umbilical cord will be clamped and cut approximately2-3 cm. from the infant's umbilical stump.,Cut umbilical cord milking (C-UCM) refers to milking the umbilical cord after it has been cut from the placenta. Immediately after birth, the umbilical cord will be clamped and cut at approximately 25 cm. from the infant's umbilicus. The isolated cord segment will then be milked toward the infant. After cord milking is completed, the cord will be clamped and cut again, leaving a stump approximately 2-3 cm. from the infant's umbilicus.,Delayed cord clamping (DCC) refers to delaying clamping of the umbilical cord for at least 30 seconds after birth before clamping and cutting the cord, leaving a cord stump approximately 2-3 cm. from the infant's umbilicus.;Experimental Procedure/Surgery,Experimental Procedure/Surgery,Active Comparator Procedure/Surgery;Intact umbilical cord milking (I-UCM),Cut umbilical cord milking (C-UCM),Delayed cord clamping (DCC)
