Inclusion Criteria
Consecutive patients admitted to the ICU of the Academic Medical Center Amsterdam
-Age ≥ 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
-(Suspected) neuromuscular disease (other than ICU-AW) or cervical spinal cord injury
-Known phrenic nerve injury
