Median knee osteoarthritis (Grade 2 or 3 based on Kellegren and Lawrence knee radiography)
Patients over 45 years old
Satisfaction of patients participating in the study
Failure to respond to conservative and physiotherapy treatments over the past 6 months
Contraindication of laser therapy (pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiac pacemaker, hyperthyroidism, cancer)
Contraindication of ozone therapy (epilepsy, coagulopathy, recent heart attack, hyperthyroidism, thrombocytopenia, G6PD deficiency)
Corticosteroid consumption in the last three months
previous Knee surgery
Ankylosis
Varus or Valgus deformity of knee

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Physical performance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, 6th session of laser therapy and 3rd session of ozone therapy and the end of the sessions of both methods. Method of measurement: Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index questionnaire (WOMAC questionnaire).;Pain score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, 6th session of laser therapy and 3rd session of ozone therapy and at 12th session of laser therapy and 6rd session of ozone therapy. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale.;Range of motion of knee joint. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, 6th session of laser therapy and 3rd session of ozone therapy and the end of the sessions of both methods. Method of measurement: Goniometer.
