Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Intubated for more than 72 hours
  • •2\.Extubated after spontaneous breathing trial
  • •3\.Age 18 years to 99 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Neurological impairment
  • •2\.Self Extubated
  • •4\.Intubated outside the Kasturba hospital
  • •5\.Tracheostomy patient
  • •6\.On home oxygen support
  • •7\.Palliative extubation cases
