Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Intubated for more than 72 hours
- •2\.Extubated after spontaneous breathing trial
- •3\.Age 18 years to 99 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Neurological impairment
- •2\.Self Extubated
- •4\.Intubated outside the Kasturba hospital
- •5\.Tracheostomy patient
- •6\.On home oxygen support
- •7\.Palliative extubation cases
