- •Candidate for elective cesarean section
- •no contraindication for spinal anesthesia

- •Patients with hypertension
- •Weight more than 100 kg
- •Motion sickness
- •Cardiovascular disease
- •Liver disease
- •Allergy to ondansetron medications group
- •Using any medication which effect the blood pressure or heart rate
