Current inclusion criteria as of 21/08/2019:
1. Aged 20 and over
2. At least 2 years of work experience
3. Native Finnish language competence
4. Currently employed in the construction sector

Previous inclusion criteria:
1. Aged between 20 and 50 years
2. At least 2 years of work experience
3. Native Finnish language competence
4. Currently employed in the construction sector
