3. Native Finnish language competence
4. Currently employed in the construction sector

Safety-related outcome expectancies<br> All primary outcome measures will be assessed by questionnaire at baseline, immediately after the end of VR-safety training/lecture-based safety training, and approximately 1 month after the baseline measurement.<br>
