Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients who underwent endoscopic resection for gastric neoplasms(early gastric cancer or dysplasia)
2. Patients who meet criteria for curative resection
3. Patients 20 to 80 years old who agreed to the study
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with a past history of gastric surgery
2. Patients with a history of endoscopic resection
3. Patients with severe cirrhosis
4. Patients with bleeding tendency
5. Pregnant women
6. patients who can't obtain consent
