Inclusion Criteria
1.Healthy individuals of either sex, aged 1 year and above living in the same community
2. Informed consent by the family head
3. No symptom of dengue
Exclusion Criteria
••Symptoms of dengue like illness/ fever in last 7 days
•Suffering from immune compromised diseases
•Suffering from systematic illness
•Pregnant women and lactating mother
