1. Participants who are healthy with no major diseases
2. Age 18-27 years
3. Either sex or transgender
4. History of being immunized against tetanus
5. Providing written informed consent voluntarily to participate
1. Subjects with untreated or active malignancy or recovered from malignancy.
2. Vulnerable populations – unconscious, non-ambulatory, too sick for consultation, differently abled, terminally or critically ill patients, mentally incompetent people.
3. Self-reported immune compromised states.
4. Diagnosed unstable psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting the quality of life or any organ failure.
5. Substance abuse and/or dependence.
6. Any blood-related disorder.

Name Time Method Time to complete resolution of pain and tenderness at the puncture siteTimepoint: Initially twice at 6 hours intervals on day 0 (immediately after the puncture, and 6 hours after the puncture), and subsequently once on day 1, day 2, day 3, and day 4
