Inclusion Criteria
1. Blue-collar workers who have hand injured with age between 18 to 59 years. Within the first six months postoperative period
2. Should be employed before the injury
3. Join back same work
Exclusion Criteria
1. Participants with any comorbidities like cardiac conditions, joint diseases, polytrauma, cognitive and psychological problems that may influence return to work
