Inclusion Criteria

1. Age > 18 years old
2. Diagnosis stroke ICD10: 163 Cerebral infarction
3. Recent stroke onset within 7 days
4. NIHSS score 0-20
5. Having paid-work until the latest month
6. High cognitive or high physical demand occupation
7. Willing to work after recovery
8. Follow up at Srinagarind hospital or stay at Amphoe Mueang Khon Kaen
