The individuals aged 30 to 60 years.
Greater than 20 teeth present.
Participants who are periodontally and systemically healthy.
Participants with gingivitis
Participants with periodontitis (according to the current classification of periodontal diseases-2017).
Participants having any systemic conditions or diseases affecting periodontal health.
Pregnancy and Lactating women.
Participants working in night shifts.
Participants with xerostomia or any other disease interrupting the salivary flow (based on the patient medical history).
