Inclusion Criteria
ASA I and II children of the above mentioned age group of either sex undergoing elective lower abdominal and penile surgeries of duration 30 to 60 minutes
Exclusion Criteria
1. antiemetic therapy within 24 hours before surgery.
2. cardiovascular and renal disease.
3. H/O motion sickness and/or PONV in patient, siblings and parents.
4. obesity - BMI > 30 kg/m2
5. children whose parents cannot be contacted by telephone.
6. contraindication to caudal block.
7 H/O allergic reaction to drugs used in the study
