(1) Over 50 years of age; (2) Previous recurrent episodes of urinary retention or inability to urinate normally after removal of the catheter; (3) Previous repeated urinary tract infections or hematuria; (4) IPSS score = 8 points; (5) Maximum urine flow rate = 10ml/s; (6) Drug treatment fails or refuses, with symptoms that seriously affect life; (7) Secondary hydronephrosis of the upper urinary tract with or without renal function damage
(1)Patients with neurogenic bladder, bladder neck contracture, bladder stones, or bladder tumors; Postoperative pathological examination indicates prostate cancer; (2) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, and intolerance to surgery or anesthesia; (3) Severe preoperative urinary tract infection; (4) Leakage of irrigation or collection fluid during surgery; (5) Patients with mental disorders or lower limb deformities and dysfunction are unable to maintain the lithotomy position during surgery; (6) Patient refuses to undergo surgical treatment or participate in this study
