- •Patients who are ventilated for more
- •than 24 hrs
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known Immunodeficiency( HIV
- •patients,patients on steroids,
- •immunosuppressives)
- •2\) Paralytic ileus
- •3\) Gastric bleeds requiring fluid
- •resuscitation or blood transfusion
- •4\) Patients included in other study
