1.All clinically diagnosed patients of De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis in Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation OPD, SMS Medical College, Jaipur.
2. Those have symptoms of De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis more than 3 months.
3. Age >18 year
4. Those giving signed informed consent for study.
1. Previous treatment with local Corticosteroids within 6 months.
2. Previous operation for De Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis in the same wrist.
3. Pregnancy
4.Patients with local infection at the site of the procedure
5. Evidence of diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, gout , carcinoma, and diabetes.
6. Previous history of trauma.
