Inclusion Criteria

1. Hip Fracture ASA status I -II. (Intertrochanteric fracture, Subcapital frac-ture Metastatic tumor in femoral head and acetabulum )

2 .Type of Surgery

DHS fixation , Hip hemiarthroplasty ,Total hip arthroplasty

Exclusion Criteria

Patient refusal

Contraindications to regional anaesthesia

Known allergy to local aesthetics

Bleeding diathesis

Inability to provide informed consent

Severe kidney or liver disease

Patient with psychiatric disorders
