Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •histologically confirmed carcinoma, or high suspicion of a carcinoma based on imaging
  • •the patient must be capable of understanding the content of the consent form and provide written consent to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •pregnancy/nursing women
  • •patients unable to give consent
  • •second neoplasia \= 5 years before study enrollment
  • •chronic inflammatory bowel disease under treatment
