Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adults aged 60 years or over with sarcopenia or without sarcopenia
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- who can't measure handgrip strength
- •\- with present alcohol abuse (4standard drink/day for men, 2 standard drink/day for women)
- •\- with a history of previous/current cancer
- •\- with severe psychiatric problems
- •\- who can have a difficulty in process the study
