- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists I & II undergoing elective surgery.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Newly detected carotid artery stenosis >50% during the study
- •Peripheral vascular disease
- •Systolic blood pressure 160 mm Hg
- •Pregnancy
- •Valvular heart disease
- •Cardiac rhythm other than bundle branch block
- •Left ventricular ejection fraction<50%
- •Right ventricular failure
- •Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •Pulmonary hypertension
- •Chronic kidney disease.
