  • American Society of Anaesthesiologists I & II undergoing elective surgery.

排除标准

  • Patient refusal
  • Newly detected carotid artery stenosis >50% during the study
  • Peripheral vascular disease
  • Systolic blood pressure 160 mm Hg
  • Pregnancy
  • Valvular heart disease
  • Cardiac rhythm other than bundle branch block
  • Left ventricular ejection fraction<50%
  • Right ventricular failure
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • Pulmonary hypertension
  • Chronic kidney disease.
