patients
- with head and neck as well as breast cancer diagnosis
- having radiotherapy treatment at the university hospital dresden
- that are linguistically, physically and mentally able to independantly handle an online programme
- that are full-aged and able to consent
- that are german as native language or native speaker level
- having technical requirements to handle an online programme (web-enabled equipment)
- written informed consent after a briefing about the project
patients
- having insufficient knowledge of the german language
- severe physical limitations (e.g. limited sight), that compromise the handling of an online support programme or is overcharging the patient
- severe cognitive and/or linguistic limitations
- limited capacity to contract
- having a severe mental disorder
Exclusion criteria are to be estimated by support therapists, as the circumstances require verified in the medical documentationsystem ORBIS or in exchange with the treating medical team
