Inclusion Criteria

AMBULATORY POST-MENOPAUSAL WOMEN and should not be a part of other study

Exclusion Criteria

1. Trauma, infection, tumor, congenital deformity and previous surgery of lumbar

spine, implant in situ, metabolic bone disease, chronic kidney disease affecting

bone metabolism.

2. Secondary osteoporosis caused by hyperparathyroidism and long term use

glucocorticoid rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis,and other immune

system diseases.

3. H/O neurological disorder involving brain, spine and nerve

4. Non cooperative and cognitive impaired patients

1. Combined & individual T score of each lumbar vertebra & Hip joint <br/ ><br>2. Osteophyte formation grading in lumbar vertebra according Nathan <br/ ><br>classification <br/ ><br>3. Lumbar spine disc degeneration score according to Pfirrmann grading of T2 <br/ ><br>weighted MRI scanTimepoint: Patients involved in the study should have performed both Bone Mineral Density (including lumbar spine & hip) & lumbar spine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) within 2â??weeks
