Inclusion Criteria
1.Subjects having inactive/quiescent CSOM with non healing small (less than 5 mm) size perforation in the pars tensa .
2.Small (less than 5 mm size) traumatic perforation, not healing for at least one month.
3.Age more than 14 yrs.
4.No active predisposing disease foci in nose or throat.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Large central perforation size more than 5 mm
2.Pars flacida perforation
3.Actively discharging ear
4.TB otitis media
5.ASOM
6.Fresh traumatic perforation.
7.Marginal perforation.
8.Subtotal perforation.
