Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age more than 16 years, diagnosed with malignancy of the head and neck region planned for radiotherapy
  • \-Radiation fields involving the olfactory cleft
  • \-No prior radiotherapy

Exclusion Criteria

  • \-Patients 16 years or below
  • \-Malignancy involving the olfactory cleft and anterior skull base
  • \-Nasal cavity tumors
