Chronic rhinosinusitis patients fulfill EPOS2012 criterias
Has moderate or severe severity (by visual analog scale more than 5)
No recent sinusitis treatment within 1 month
Has been diagnosed with congenital mucociliary or mucosal diseases e.g. Primary ciliary dyskinesia, cystic fibrosis
has been diagnosed with immuno-deficiency disease e.g. diabetes mellitus, AIDS
Large nasal polyp (grade 3)
Fungal rhinosinusitis or fungal ball
has been diagnosed with systemic vasculitis or granulomatous disease
History of Cocaine abuse
Has been diagnosed with tumor in nasal cavity or paranasal sunus
Has severe nasal septum deviation that may interfere nasal irrigation
Recent medication that may alter muciliary function e.g. 1st generation antihistamine within 3 days
