入选标准
- •Chronic rhinosinusitis patients fulfill EPOS2012 criterias
- •Has moderate or severe severity (by visual analog scale more than 5)
- •No recent sinusitis treatment within 1 month
排除标准
- •Has been diagnosed with congenital mucociliary or mucosal diseases e.g. Primary ciliary dyskinesia, cystic fibrosis
- •has been diagnosed with immuno-deficiency disease e.g. diabetes mellitus, AIDS
- •Large nasal polyp (grade 3)
- •Fungal rhinosinusitis or fungal ball
- •has been diagnosed with systemic vasculitis or granulomatous disease
- •History of Cocaine abuse
- •Has been diagnosed with tumor in nasal cavity or paranasal sunus
- •Has severe nasal septum deviation that may interfere nasal irrigation
- •Recent medication that may alter muciliary function e.g. 1st generation antihistamine within 3 days
