Patient suffering from fistula in ano ,patient with controlled diabetes mellitus, patient willing for trial.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient having any history of malignancy . Tuberculosis etc.
Patient suffering from systemic disorders.
Patient unfit for anorectal surgery.
Refusal of patient for trial.
