(1) Post renal Transplant with more than 6 months duration (2)Consent to participation from subjects (3)Enrollment only after examination and evaluation from Nephrologist (4)Maintaining stable graft function with e-GFR > 50.
(1) Baseline resting Systolic BP >150 mm Hg and /or Diastolic BP >100 mm Hg (2) Recent change in ECG, (3) Symptomatic arrhythmia (4) Recent myocardial ischemia (5) Severe valvular dysfunction, (6) Presence of peripheral vascular disease (7) Heamoglobin level <9 gm/dL (8)Uncontrolled diabetes (9) Malignancy (10) Organ transplant other than kidney (11) End stage organ disease like liver failure or respiratory failure.(12) Cerebral vascular accident ,Spinal cord injury and Head injury.(13)Presence of Surgical or any other hernia (14)Those who do not want to participate in study.

Name Time Method Pulmonary function test,six minute walk test,five time sit to stand from chair,60 second sit to stand test,hand grip strength,numeric pain rating scale,International physical activity questionnaire, sedentary behavior questionnaire,tempa scale of kinesiophobia,exercise self efficacy questionnaireTimepoint: all will be assessed at first interview and secondly at end of 12 weeks of protocol
