入选标准
- •1Women of reproductive age (18-40yrs) diagnosed with PCOS by gynaecologist/ physician
- •2 able to understand research procedures and provide informed consent
- •3willingness to undergo study protocols
- •4willing to exercise for the entire study duration
- •5willing to undergo required study related assessments
排除标准
- •1Women participating in a regular high-intensity endurance or strength training (defined as _ 2 sessions of vigorous exercise per week),
- •2Physical ailments/injuries that limit exercise performance,
- •3History of cardiovascular ,kidney disease, respiratory disease, uncontrolled hypertension (resting BP >140/90 mmHg) or cancer, hypothyroidism, neurological disease, musculoskeletal condition affecting knee , hip and ankle joints and foot;
- •4 use of cigarettes for >6 months;
- •5Recent decrease of body weight change by 5kg or more in previous 6 months
- •6acute or chronic medical condition that would make assessment and interventions potentially hazardous or any of the outcomes impossible to assess
