Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Women aged between 18 to 34 years
  • •2\. Women residing in North India
  • •3\. Women with stable vitals
  • •4\. Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18\.5 to 29\.9 kg/m²
  • •5\. Confirmed clinical diagnosis of PCOS from at least 1 year \[1]
  • •6\. Menstrual cycles more than 35 days apart or less than 8 cycles per year \[2]
  • •7\. No practicing physical activity or physical exercise in the last 6 months \[3]

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Any documented history or use of medications that might affect outcomes such as pulmonary function and psychological distress
  • •2\. Pregnant or lactating women
  • •3\. Smoking
  • •4\. Resting Blood Pressure greater than 139/89 mmHg
  • •5\. Resting Heart rate greater than 100 beats/min
