Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women aged between 18 to 34 years
- •2\. Women residing in North India
- •3\. Women with stable vitals
- •4\. Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18\.5 to 29\.9 kg/m²
- •5\. Confirmed clinical diagnosis of PCOS from at least 1 year \[1]
- •6\. Menstrual cycles more than 35 days apart or less than 8 cycles per year \[2]
- •7\. No practicing physical activity or physical exercise in the last 6 months \[3]
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Any documented history or use of medications that might affect outcomes such as pulmonary function and psychological distress
- •2\. Pregnant or lactating women
- •3\. Smoking
- •4\. Resting Blood Pressure greater than 139/89 mmHg
- •5\. Resting Heart rate greater than 100 beats/min
