入选标准
- •1. Women aged between 18 to 34 years
- •2. Women residing in North India
- •3. Women with stable vitals
- •4. Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m²
- •5. Confirmed clinical diagnosis of PCOS from at least 1 year [1]
- •6. Menstrual cycles more than 35 days apart or less than 8 cycles per year [2]
- •7. No practicing physical activity or physical exercise in the last 6 months [3]
排除标准
- •1. Any documented history or use of medications that might affect outcomes such as pulmonary function and psychological distress
- •2. Pregnant or lactating women
- •3. Smoking
- •4. Resting Blood Pressure greater than 139/89 mmHg
- •5. Resting Heart rate greater than 100 beats/min
