Patients 65 years of age or older (regardless of gender) undergoing scheduled non-cardiac surgery at the hospital and expected to stay in the intensive care unit for at least 2 days after surgery are eligible.
1. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction
2. Patients with preoperative delirium
3. Patients with psychiatric disorders
4. Patients with alcohol dependence
5. Patients with Hemodialysis
7. Cirrhotic patients with Child Pugh classification B or higher
8. Heart failure patients with New York Heart Asocciation Classification 3 or higher
9. Patients who refused to participate
