Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age \>18yrs
- •2\.Presenting to ED with complains of dyspnea
- •3\.If the differential diagnosis includes a heart failure
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Intubated patient
- •2\.Pregnant
- •3\.Irregular rhythm such as atrial fibrillation, known valvular pathology or surgery, primary or metastatic thoracic carcinoma.
- •4\.Those patients not giving consent who are in the inclusion criteria are taken into the study.
