Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age \>18yrs
  • •2\.Presenting to ED with complains of dyspnea
  • •3\.If the differential diagnosis includes a heart failure

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Intubated patient
  • •2\.Pregnant
  • •3\.Irregular rhythm such as atrial fibrillation, known valvular pathology or surgery, primary or metastatic thoracic carcinoma.
  • •4\.Those patients not giving consent who are in the inclusion criteria are taken into the study.
  • •5\.Ethical issues
