- •Refusing consent , already on opioid analgesic , phenothiazine , tranquilliser, sedatives, hypnotic, and other CNS depressant, BMI > 30 , Ristricted neck movement, History of gastro& esophageal reflux, hiatus hernia , pregnancy, patient having pharyngeal pathology
