1. Patients undergoing elective nasal surgery of otolaryngology under general anesthesia
2. Patients in class I and II according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification
3. Age 19-65
- patients who are less than 19 years old, 66 years old or older
-Emergency surgery
-Hemodynamic instability or respiratory failure
- In case of contraindications to the use of remimazolam (ex. hypersensitivity to benzodiazepine drugs, glaucoma, alcohol or drug dependence, sleep apnea syndrome, renal failure, liver failure, etc.)
-psychiatric history and cognitive impairment
