Patients who undergo elective awake craniotomy
1)Patients who do not agree.
2)have a liver disfunction(Child-pugh classification B or higher).
3)have an allergy for the ropivacaine and other anesthetics drugs.
4)have an obvious hemostatic dysfunction(Platelet count of 80000 or less,PT-INR of 1.5 or more,APTT of 40 seconds or more).
5)have a severe respiratory disorder(%VC<60%,orFEV1%<50%).
6)have a primary closed angle glaucoma
7)have a heart failure (ejection fraction of 45% or less on echocardiography, presence of severe valvular disease, and past history of coronary artery disease).
8)patient who can not be in candidate at this study decided by the doctor
