Drugs when injected in a particular space of backbone leads to loss of sensation and paralysis of lower region. Drugs used in this study are chloroprocaine (local anesthetic responsible for all these effects) & fentanyl (to increase the efficiency of procedure).

Inclusion Criteria
1.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade l &II
2.BMI 20 to 35 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pre-existing local infectious at the site of spinal block.
2.Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders.
3.Contraindications or allergy to Chloroprocaine and Fentanyl.
4. Patients having pain in any other area other than surgery site.
5. Patients having sensory or motor problem in lower limb.
Patients having hemodynamic instability.
-Pregnant and lactating women.
