Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Smoking history of at least one year.
- •Smokers who have smoked at least 10 cigarettes per day for the
- •Smokers both male and female.
- •Smokers who do not have any respiratory illness or suffering from
- •any musculoskeletal and neurological disease.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and neurological
- •disorders affecting exercise participation.
- •History of recent fracture in ribs or spine.
- •Pregnant individuals
