Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Swimmers who are at intermediate level or above of their training i.e. who can swim independently with proper breathing technique
- •2\)Swimmers who swim atleast 3 days per week
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any recent musculoskeletal injuries, any associated cardiac, respiratory and neurological conditions which will hamper their swimming performance
