入选标准
- •1. Individuals aged 20 to 50 years with a craniovertebral angle of 51° or less.
- •2. Individuals who have experienced continuous neck pain for the past 3 months or more.
- •3. Individuals with neck pain intensity rated between 3 and 6 on the numeric pain rating scale.
- •4. Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily consent to participate.
排除标准
- •1. Individuals who have experienced a traffic accident within the past 3 months.
- •2. Individuals with spinal or upper limb fractures, joint tumors, muscle diseases or osteoporosis.
- •3. Individuals who have undergone surgery on the spine or upper limbs.
- •4. Individuals experiencing radiating pain in the upper limbs due to cervical disc issues.
- •5. Individuals with neurological disorders such as central nervous system damage or vestibular system damage.
