Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals aged 20 to 50 years with a craniovertebral angle of 51° or less.
- •2\. Individuals who have experienced continuous neck pain for the past 3 months or more.
- •3\. Individuals with neck pain intensity rated between 3 and 6 on the numeric pain rating scale.
- •4\. Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily consent to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals who have experienced a traffic accident within the past 3 months.
- •2\. Individuals with spinal or upper limb fractures, joint tumors, muscle diseases or osteoporosis.
- •3\. Individuals who have undergone surgery on the spine or upper limbs.
- •4\. Individuals experiencing radiating pain in the upper limbs due to cervical disc issues.
- •5\. Individuals with neurological disorders such as central nervous system damage or vestibular system damage.
