1. Individuals aged 20 to 50 years with a craniovertebral angle of 51° or less.
2. Individuals who have experienced continuous neck pain for the past 3 months or more.
3. Individuals with neck pain intensity rated between 3 and 6 on the numeric pain rating scale.
4. Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily consent to participate.
1. Individuals who have experienced a traffic accident within the past 3 months.
2. Individuals with spinal or upper limb fractures, joint tumors, muscle diseases or osteoporosis.
3. Individuals who have undergone surgery on the spine or upper limbs.
4. Individuals experiencing radiating pain in the upper limbs due to cervical disc issues.
5. Individuals with neurological disorders such as central nervous system damage or vestibular system damage.
