Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants training for competitive level of badminton (minimum 3 hours a week)
- •Both right handed and left handed male and female badminton players.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants with any existing spine or upper extremity pathologies.
- •History of trauma within past 12 weeks.
- •Any existing cardiovascular, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions.
