- •1) Male cricket bowlers(Fast bowlers)
- •2)Age(18-28)
- •3) professional Cricket bowlers who are currently playing for more than 1 year(6days per week)
排除标准
- •1)Any upper limb surgery in previous years
- •2) Any upper limb injury in previous year.
- •3)Joint stiffness.
- •4) Previous history of rotator cuff tear.
- •5)Previous history of nerve injury & joint subluxation.
- •6) All rounder cricket players
