Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Male cricket bowlers(Fast bowlers)
- •2\)Age(18\-28\)
- •3\) professional Cricket bowlers who are currently playing for more than 1 year(6days per week)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Any upper limb surgery in previous years
- •2\) Any upper limb injury in previous year.
- •3\)Joint stiffness.
- •4\) Previous history of rotator cuff tear.
- •5\)Previous history of nerve injury \& joint subluxation.
- •6\) All rounder cricket players
