Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Athletes with a sporting experience of more than or equal to 2 years.
- •2\. Training minimum thrice a week
- •3\. Athletes who are willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals with systemic illness, mental or cognitive impairment, upper limb disability
- •2\. Athletes with shoulder joint pathology
- •3\. History of upper limb surgery
