Inclusion Criteria
- •Age Between 18 to 24,
- •Both Genders Included,
- •BMI 18\.5\-24\.9 kg/m2,
- •Players Willing to Participate.
- •College Level Amateur Kabaddi Players
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants Involved in any type of Plyometric Training before,
- •If Player presently with Current or Recent History of Soft Tissue or Orthopaedic Injury,
- •Prior Balance Training,
- •A History of Neuromuscular Disorders,
- •Arthritis or Rheumatologic Disorders,
- •Systematic disease that might Interfere with Sensory Input,
- •Any Visual Impairment
