Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women of age 18\-75 years
- •Those scheduled for total abdominal hysterectomy patients under spinal anaesthesia \+/\- epidural anaesthesia
- •American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA PS) I to III
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Patient already diagnosed and being treated for psychiatric conditions
- •Patient with baseline pain
- •Patients suffering from neuropathic pain disorders
- •Patient on analgesics for other inflammatory conditions
- •Chronic inflammatory states
- •History of Peripheral Arterial Disease
