Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Women of age 18\-75 years
  • •Those scheduled for total abdominal hysterectomy patients under spinal anaesthesia \+/\- epidural anaesthesia
  • •American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA PS) I to III

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient refusal
  • •Patient already diagnosed and being treated for psychiatric conditions
  • •Patient with baseline pain
  • •Patients suffering from neuropathic pain disorders
  • •Patient on analgesics for other inflammatory conditions
  • •Chronic inflammatory states
  • •History of Peripheral Arterial Disease
