2. Gender (s) â?? both
3. ASA Grade I and II
4. Modified Mallampati classification grade I or II
1. Patients with Modified Mallampati grade III and IV
2. Patient refusal
3. History of severe bradycardia
4. Any type of A-V block in E.C.G
5. Heart failure
6. Liver cirrhosis
7. Thrombocytopenia
8. Coagulopathy
9. History of hypertension
10. Patients age <18 or >60 yrs.
11. Emergency surgery
12. Allergy to any drug
13. Inability to communicate effectively
14. Deformity of face
15. Buck teeth
16. Receeding teeth
17. Any abnormality of temporomandibular joint
18. Restricted neck movement

Name Time Method 1. Time for visualisation of the glottis â?? including time for introduction of <br/ ><br>laryngoscope until view of glottis. <br/ ><br>2. Intubation time- Time taken from insertion of Kingvision <br/ ><br>videolaryngoscope till passage of endotracheal tube in the glottis. <br/ ><br>3. Success rate â?? Number of patients intubated successfully.Timepoint: TIME TAKEN FOR VISUALISATION OF GLOTTIS AND TOTAL DURATION OF INTUBATION AFTER INSERTION OF LARYNGOSCOPE IN MOUTH. <br/ ><br>

Any injury to the airway.Timepoint: HEMODYNAMIC PARAMETERS RECORDED AT BASELINE, 1 MIN, 3 MIN, 5 MIN, 10 MIN, 15 MIN, 20 MIN AND THEN AT 10 MIN INTERVAL TILL 2 HOURS
