Inclusion Criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years
2. General ward patients
3. Patient in one of the following department
3.1 Surgery
3.2 Obsteric & Gynecology
3.3 Orthopedic surgery
3.4 Neurosurgery
3.5 Eye, Ear-Nose-Throat
4. Patients who had M-SOS score or Delta M-SOS scores ≥ 3

Exclusion Criteria

- Palliative care case
- Cardiac arrest before enrollment
- Patients in intensive care unit
