Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged above 18 years old, 2\) receive outpatients of the hospital, 3\) mild and moderate depressive symptoms, 4\. Ability to use the Thai language and willing to participate in the research
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Comorbidity diagnosis of current substance dependence or abuse, organic brain damage, current or past psychosis, persistent antisocial behavior, persistent self\-injury, and formal concurrent psychotherapy.
- •2\. Have significant suicidal ideations
